DEBT COLLECTION IS NOT A PROCESS  We do not treat all accounts the same  We listen to you regarding your industry and needs  We make recommendations on the best strategy for the collection of your debts based on the information you supply us  We allocate your accounts to our most appropriate area and operator We recognise that the collection of services is not the same as the collection of goods. Services, by their very nature, are unique. We have operators that are experienced in the collection of services and indeed, are only employed to collect debts arising out of the provision of services.
